运动对海马和纹状体脑源性神经营养因子及胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达诱导作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在运动时间延长和运动量增大的情况下,通过观察发现,运动对大鼠体重、肌酸激酶、血尿素、海马和纹状体BDNF表达、海马和纹状体GFAP表达都产生了一定的影响。对照组海马和纹状体均有BDNF阳性细胞的表达,并以神经元表达为主。运动组海马和纹状体BDNF和GFAP阳性细胞表达较对照组显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),且出现明显的时间效应;说明BDNF与GFAP均参与中枢疲劳产生的神经生物学调控。星形胶质细胞可加快G lu代谢,减轻其对神经元损伤。 Under the situation that motion time to be prolonged and moves amounts to be enhanced, we find that motion effects on rat weight, sour kinase of muscle, blood urea, lines shape body BDNF and GFAP expressing . And that BDNF and GFAP masculine gender cell are expressed is more notable than contrasting a group increasing (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), the obvious time effect appears. The neurobiology explaining that BDNF and GFAP participate in weary creation of centre without exception regulates and controls. The star galotinous cell may accelerate the Glu supersession , lighten the person to nerve basic loss.
