摘要
业务流程再造即BPR是适应于现实需求的管理思想,它对建立在职能和等级基础上的传统的组织构造原则提出了挑战,将流程推到管理日程表的前列。这里从流程再造的角度,通过具体案例分析,探索高校辅导员工作新模式,实现辅导员工作由事务性向学习型、由限制型向发展型、由高耗型向高效型、由被动适应型向主动创造型转换,为高校辅导员工作模式提供了借鉴。
Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an idea of management called forth in accordance with current demand. It challenges the traditional functions and grades based organizational and structural principle, and lays emphasis on managing process. As a case study of BPR exploring new working models for college instructors, this paper provides them with brand new models and help to change their work from a routine to a job where one can always learn structural something new, from one that limits one's development to one that promotes it, from one of low efficiency to one of high efficiency, and from passive drudgery to active working.
