摘要
为精确设计工业臭氧合成装置的供电电源,分析了容性控制下的全桥串联负载谐振式DBD型臭氧发生器供电电路的工作,通过结合电源开关器件的通断状况和DBD电路的放电、未放电状态,得出了整个电路在容性状况下的各个工作模态。推导了一系列等式,得出了臭氧发生器承受的最高电压、逆变电路工作频率和阻挡介质放电电路的放电功率显性表达式,分析了电路调节特性并进行了误差分析,结果验证了理论推导的正确性及工作在容性控制下的DBD供电电源具有频率波动小和控制方案易于实现的优点。
The DBD(Dielectric Barrier Discharge)type ozonier powered by full bridges series resonant inverter in capacitive control is studied in detail in the paper. By analyzing the on-off conditions of the power switches and the states of discharge and no discharge of DBD circuit, the working modes of power supply are achieved in capacitive control and some correlative expresses are deduced. Based on these expressions, the highest voltage of DBD circuit, the working frequency of inverter and the discharge power of DBD circuit are given. The error analysis of working frequency of inverter and the highest voltage of DBD circuit are made based on the theoretical calculations and experimental results. These expressions in the paper are validated by the results of error analysis. In addition, the regulating characteristics of power supply are analyzed. Compared with other control strategies, there are lots of merits in power supply for DBD circuit in capacitive control, such as small frequency fluctuating, big output power and being convenient for control and so on. The conclusions in the paper is helpful to designing the power supply powered by full bridges serial load resonant inverter for DBD type ozonier, and the analytic method of working modes in DBD circuit is suitable for other control strategies in serial load resonant power supply for DBD type ozonier.
