采用简明精神病量表(the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,BPRS)、社会功能缺陷量表(the Social Disability Screening Schedule,SDSS)、护士用住院患者观察量表(Nurse Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation-30,NOSIE-30)及生活质量综合评定问卷(the Generic Quality of Life Inventory,GQOLI)分别于训练前后进行评估,并了解其复发率。
Objective To explore effects of the control fountain and healthy behavior training upon rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 160 patients with schizophrenia receiving the routine treatment were randomly divided into observed group and control group. The observed group received control fountain and healthy behavior training with anti - psychotics treatment. The control group received anti - psychotics treatment as well as monthy routine consultation with a doctor. The relating data were collected 2 years later. Results The scores of BPRS,SDSS,NOSIE -30 and GQOLI in the two groups showed no significant difference before the training (P 〉 0.05 ). At the end of the 2 -year training, the scores of BPRS,SDSS and the negative factors score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ) ,while the total score of NOSIE -30 ,the positive factors score and the score of GQOLI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P 〈0.01 ). The rate of recurrence in the observed group was significant lower than that in the control group after two years (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions The control fountain and healthy behavior training could improve psychiatric symptoms, social functions and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia ,and reduce the rate of recurrence of schizophrenia.
