摘要
提出了利用预测误差控制非圆活塞车削加工的后续加工精度的方法。所建立的误差预测模型既考虑了系统误差,又考虑了随机误差,能不断利用在线测量得到的新误差进行预测,时刻跟踪误差的变化,实现对误差的实时控制。典型零件的车削实验表明,该方法能有效地提高非圆活塞裙部的加工精度。
An forecast error-control method was proposed to improve the machining precision. In the error forecast model the systematic errors and the random errors were thought about. The new on -line measured errors were included in the one step error forecasting to follow the change of the errors. The control signals were changed according to the machining states. The experiments about a typical piston indicate that this forecast error control method can increase the turning precision clearly.
