摘要
从施氮量、施氮时期、施氮形态3条途径综述了施氮对小麦营养品质和加工品质的影响,分析了有关研究存在的问题,提出了今后应着重开展不同生态条件下不同类型品种适宜的施氮量、施氮时期及施氮形态对小麦品质影响及其机理的研究方向.
Effects of nitrogen rates, date of nitrogen application and nitrogen forms on nutrition quality and industrial quality of wheat were summarized in this review. Appropriate nitrogen rates and date of nitrogen application in different ecological conditions and cuhivars, and effects of nitrogen forms on wheat quality were put forward as the key subjects based upon analyses on the problems existing in the relevant researches.
