摘要
通过实验研究了氟的替代熔剂BaO对无氟保护渣熔化及结晶性能的影响,测定了该无氟渣系的熔化温度和结晶温度,结果表明:在实验渣系条件下,随着BaO含量的增加,保护渣的熔化温度明显降低,结晶温度降低不明显。碱度为0.9,MgO:3%~5%,Al2O3:1%~2%,Na2O:6%~8%,B2O3:3%~4%,Li2O:O~2%,BaO:6%~8%,C:3%~4%的无氟渣组成可满足裂纹敏感性弱的钢种高速连铸的要求。
Influence of substituted flux of fluoride BaO on melting and crystalline properties of fluoride-free mould powder was studied by experiment. The melting temperature and crystalline temperature of the fluoride-free mould powders were measured. The results show: under the conditions of experimental powders the melting temperature obviously decreases and the crystalline temperature has no obvious reduction with the increase of the content of BaO. The fluoride-free mould powders with CaO/SiO2 =0.9 and ingredient being 3%~5%MgO;1%~2%Al2O3 ;6%~8%Na2O; 3%~4%B2O3 ; 0~2%Li2O; 6% ~8%BaO; 3%~4%C could meet high speed continuous casting of steels with low crack sensitivity.
