摘要
本文介绍了一种城市自来水恒压供水模糊-PID控制系统。针对城市供水系统普遍存在的大滞后和惯性的特点,把模糊控制和PID控制结合起来构成具有自调整修正因子的Fuzzy-PID控制器,在应用中获得了满意的控制效果。硬件设计中,利用一台变频器和一台软启动器相互配合,通过PLC的协调控制,实现了5台水泵的启动、控制,保证了系统的可靠性,又减少了系统的投资。
A kind of Fuzzy-PID control water-supplying system for constant pressure is introduced in this paper. For its serious lag and inertia, we integrate the fuzzy controller and PID controller into the self-adjust modify factor Fuzzy-PID controller and get the satisfied effect. We make use of a transducer and a SMT and realize the start and the control of the 5 pumps by the control of the PLC, which makes the system more stable and reduces the cost of the system.
