摘要 目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和P27蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P方法检测30例前列腺增生和46例前列腺癌中的PCNA、P27蛋白的表达。结果:前列腺增生组织中的PCNA强阳性表达率为6.7%,前列腺癌强阳性表达率为82.6%,两者比较有显著的差异(P<0.01)。PCNA的强阳性表达率与前列腺癌的分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05〉,与临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。前列腺增生组织中P27蛋白的强阳性表达率为70%,前列腺癌中的表达率为17.4%,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.01),P27蛋白的表达与前列腺癌组的分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05〉,与临床分期呈负相关(P<0.05),在前列腺增生组织及前列腺癌中PCNA与P27蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:同时检测P27、PCNA对前列腺癌的预测,恶性程度的判定,预后的估计有重要指导意义。 OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of PCNA and P27 protein in patients with prostate carcinoma and to study its clinical significance. METHODS: The expressions PCNA and P27 in 30 patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland and 46 with prostate carcinoma were detected by S - P immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: Strong positive expression rates of PCNA in patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland and in those with prostate carcinoma were 6.7 % and 82.6 %, respectively, and there were significant differences between 2 groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The strong positive expression of PCNA showed a negative correlation with differentiation degree of prostatic carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05) but a positive correlation with its clinical stage ( P 〈 0.05). Strong positive expression rates of P27 in patients with hyperplasia of prostate were 70 %, and 17.4% in those with prostate carcinoma, and there were significant differences between 2 groups (P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of P27 showed a positive correlation with differentiation degree of prostatic carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05), but a negative correlation with clinical stage ( P 〈 0.05). A negative correlation was found between P27 and PCNA expressions in both hyperplasia of prostate gland and prostate carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION : It is of great significance to determine P27 and PCNA for the diagnosis, malignant grading and prognostic estimation of prostate carcinoma.
