摘要
国土资源部按照科学发展观和新型工业化道路的要求,对稀土实施了开采总量控制工作,文章从包头白云鄂博矿稀土资源的地位、国内稀土精矿的生产概况和白云鄂博矿稀土资源采、选技术的发展概况入手,分析了当前白云鄂博矿稀土资源利用存在的不足,并提出了建议对策。
The Ministry of Land and Natural Resources implements the overall control on rare - earth total yield according to science development view and demands on the new - type industrialization road. The paper analyses the position of Baiyunebo rare earth mineral resources, the overview of domestic rare earth concentrate production and the technology development in exploiting and dressing. Then it discusses the deficiencies of resources usage and points out countermeasures.
