摘要
本文以维修工作中遇到的超外差式测量设备输入端常见故障为线索,介绍了其中输入衰减器和第一混频器的结构,并详细分析了可能造成其烧毁的原因与排除方法。指出尽管烧毁输入衰减器和第一混频器有各种各样的情况,但根本的原因是由于RF输入信号太大或直流电压的冲击所致。目的是提醒仪器的使用者牢记仪器的安全使用规则,培养良好的操作使用习惯是十分必要的,这样才能避免任何因草率和盲目操作而造成的仪器性能降低或部件损坏现象。
According to the frequent malfunctions in input parts of the superhet measurement instrument met in the repairing work, this paper described the structures of the input attenuator and out mixer, it analyzed the reasons that may be destroyed in detail, and gave the removing methods. This paper points out the main malfunctions that result from too big RF input signal or the breakdown DC voltage, and aims to remind the users of safe instructions, so as to avoid the destroy caused by blind operations and bad habits.
