摘要
螺杆泵地面驱动装置受力复杂,振源众多,常规的振动测试对于故障的定位与诊断精确度不高。为此,开展了智能诊断方法研究。通过测点选择,采集振动信号,建立故障模式库,对各类故障的综合值进行评定,能够诊断出螺杆泵驱动装置的常见故障,正确率达87%。以大庆油田杏2-2丙16井驱动装置为例,诊断出了电机轴承和驱动装置齿轮磨损的故障,表明该方法具有较高的实用性。
The surface drive unit of screw pumps features in complex stress and many vibration sources, so the traditional vibration test method cannot determine the diagnosis accurately. Thereby, an intelligent diagnosis method is developed in this paper. The common fault of the units can be diagnosed on the basis of selecting test points and collecting vibration signals, establishing the fault mode library, and evaluating the fault synthesis value. The fault diagnosis of gear and roller bearings base of the drive unit of the Xing2-2 Bing-16 well in Daqing Oilfield shows that the fault intelligent diagnosis method is applicable.
