摘要
DS1726数字温控芯片通过配置寄存器可设置连续温度测量、单次温度测量、温度测控等多种工作方式,具有温度测量范围宽、温度到数字量输出转换速度快、测控温度范围及精度可由用户设定、数据可永久保存等特点。以DS1762和AT89C52单片机为核心设计了一温度测控系统,给出了其硬件电路框图、软件设计流程图及关键程序代码。该系统具有测温系统简单、稳定性高、转换速度快、测温精度高、温度测量范围宽、连接方便、多种温度数据输出、成本低等优点,可广泛应用于工农业生产及家用电器等多种场合的温度监控。
Through the configuration register, the DS1726 digital temperature control chip can be set for continuous temperature measurement, single time temperature measurement and temperature monitoring operate mode. The DS1762 has broad temperature measurement range and high temperature conversion speed, whose temperature measurement range and accuracy can be set by the user and data can be preserved permanently. This paper gave the hardware circuit block diagram, software design flowchart and key program code of a temperature control system based on the DS1762 and the SCM AT89C52, whose advantages included simple system, high stability and converting speed, high accuracy and temperature measurement range, connecting convenience, different output data form and low cost. This system can be widely used in the temperature measurement and control of industrial and agricultural production and household appliances.
