摘要
多数中央空调系统中,因阻力损失计算困难,冷却水泵配置偏大,实际冷却水流量偏多。由于机组参数的复杂性,管理人员对此问题如不能做出准确的判断并采取相应的措施,将导致水泵耗电量过大。本文理论分析了如何利用冷却水压差结合其他参数来判断冷却水流量及冷却水泵配置是否合适,对整体降低中央空调冷却水系统的耗电量、设计和运行管理具有现实的指导意义。
In central air conditioning system, many pumps are designed largely and the actual water volume is surplus because of the difficulty in calculating the resistance of water flow in the pipe. Due to the complexity of the unit parameters, many maintainers can not make an accurate judgment on the consistent match of the pumps and surplus electricity is consumed by continuously operating pumps. How to make a proper judgment on the consistent match of condenser pumps and on the condensing water volume based on the unit properties and condensing water properties is theoretically analyzed and proposed in this thesis. It has a guidable significance to design and manage air conditioning system, and reduce the energy-consumption.
