摘要
杨凌农业科技会展业已跻身全国四大科技会展业,成为全国农业展会的知名品牌,对解决我国“三农”有着重要的贡献。利用SWOT分析法,得出杨凌农业科技会展业存在的优势表现在政府的重视与扶持、有着贴近“三农”的鲜明特色、参展单位的地域广泛、产品交易额逐年上升和是一个农业科研单位的聚集地等;机会体现在发展得天时、得地利、得人和等;劣势表现在品牌意识缺乏、产品或项目雷同、运作时的规范化和组织化程度不够、高素质会展人才缺乏等;威胁体现在国际会展业冲击、兄弟省市会展业的快速发展、国外跨国公司会展业大举进军中国等,对此,为了发展杨凌农业科技会展业应制定相应的对策。
Yang - ling's agricultural science and technology exhibition industry has ranked the top 4 science and technologies exhibition industries in China. It has also become a wen - known brand, making important contribution to solving the "3 - agriculture problem". By the SWOT analysis, the paper raises the advantage of Yang - ling's agricultural science and technology exhibition industry: governmental support, specialist, extensive and increased product trade sum year by year, etc. Yangling enjoys many opportunities in case of time and place of course, their disalvantages are reflected in the aspects of the lack of brand consciousness, similar product or item, lack of systematic operation, short of talented personnel, etc. They are confronted with the competition of international meeting, fast development of other city exhibition meeting, the entrance of foreign multinational company exhibition industry, etc. The paper puts forward some suggestions on developming Yang-ling's agricultural science and technology exhibition industry.
