摘要
目的:研究灯盏花素对离体大鼠肝星状细胞增殖与凋亡的影响,探讨灯盏花素在抗肝纤维化方面的作用。方法:用袁桃霞等的肝星状细胞分离方法获得原代培养的肝星状细胞,采用M TT比色法检测肝星状细胞的增殖,TUNEL法检测DNA断裂、凋亡情况。结果:①灯盏花素对肝星状细胞(HSC)增殖有一定的抑制作用,且与其浓度和作用时间有关;②灯盏花素处理组HSC凋亡率与对照组相比差异无显著性。结论:灯盏花素对大鼠肝星状细胞增殖有抑制作用。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Breviscapine on proliferation and apoptosis of rat hepatic stellate cell （HSC）. Methods： The HSC proliferation was assessed by MTT colorimetric assay; the HSC apoptosis was tested by TUNEL. Results： Breviscapine significantly inhibited HSC proliferation. Conclusion. Breviscapine can inhibit HSC proliferation, which might be one of the mechanisms of Breviscapine to counteract against liver fibrosis.
