摘要
性别歧视是一种全球性现象,它使女性在就业和收入方面处于社会的较低层次,而且也不必要的降低了经济效率。本文通过分析男女雇员由于个性特征差别引起的工资差异的重要性,将雇主的偏好划分为主动性歧视和被动性歧视,并重新认识性别歧视及Becker关于歧视的理论。从而对解决性别歧视的对策与方法产生了重要的影响。
The sex discrimination is a kind of global phenomenon, this makes the women being at lower level with income and obtaining employment, and lowers the economic efficiency. This text analyses the importance of personality of both men and women which bring wages difference, dividing the employers into the active discrimination and passive discrimination, review the sex discrimination and the Becker' s theory concerning discrimination. Thus this has the important influence towards the counterplan and methods of solving sex discrimination.
