全髋关节置换术生物力学有限元分析的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 有限元法(finite element method,FEM)是在工程科学技术领域广泛应用的解析方法,是解决复杂工程学问题的必备工具之一。对人体力学行为进行有限元数值模拟已成为深化对人体认识的一种有效手段,通过对实验条件的控制,更准确地模拟体内的力学情况,已显示出极大的优越性。应用FEM对全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)生物力学机制进行精确深入的研究,可以有效地指导个体化假体的设计、置换及相关疗效分析。
