摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定三叶香茶菜中齐墩果酸的含量。方法色谱柱ZORBAX XDB-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇：水（90：10），检测波长215nm，流速1．0ml／min，柱温：30℃。结果齐墩果酸线性范围为0．462～4．62μg（r=0．9995），加样回收率为100.25％，RSD为1．35％。结论该方法简便、准确、快速，可用于三叶香茶菜中齐墩果酸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Oleanolic acid in Elsholtzia lychnitis Levi.. Methods Column： ZORBAX XDB-C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm）; mobile phase： methanol： water（90： 10） ;detection wavelength was at 215 nm; temperature was at 30℃ ; flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The calibration curve showed a linearity with the range of 0. 462 - 4.62μg. The average recovery was 100.25% and RSD was 1.35%. Conclusion The method is convenient, fast and reliable and suitable for the quality control of Elsholtzia lychnitis Levi.
