几种牛肝菌显微结构的扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 用扫描电镜对真菌孢子进行观察一直是真菌分类的一个重要手段,研究蘑菇的显微特征有助于对蘑菇的鉴别和分类。本文对几种云南野生牛肝菌的菌管和孢子进行了扫描电镜观察。结果显示:不同种的牛肝菌菌管和孢子的微观形态都有一定的差异,不同牛肝菌菌管的微观形态差异比其孢子微观形态差异更为明显,通过对不同牛肝菌的菌管和孢子的扫描电镜观察有可能区分不同的牛肝菌。 Ultrastructure of mushroom is very useful to identify different mushroom species. In this paper, the ultrastructure of pores and spores of wild growing Boletes were observed with scanning electron microscopy. It is showd that the microstructural features of pores and spores show remarkable differences among different species, by which the different species of Boletes might be identified.
