摘要
智能井控系统是应用计算机对钻井井口回压进行监测和实时控制并采用计算机电液比例控制的系统。通过研究,建立了电液比例控制系统的数学模型,采用PID控制和专家控制的方法,结合石油天然气井控的相关知识,实现对井控节流系统的计算机自动控制。在塔里木油田现场试验表明,系统工作稳定、响应快、控制精度较高,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aided with computer, the intelligent well control system monitors and the real-time controls are used to control back pressure of the drilling well head. The system uses the computer battery solution proportional control. Through study, the battery solution proportional control system mathematical model is established. Using the PID control and the expert control method, the computer automatic control is realized, with the help of well control throttle system. This system is completely successful in Talimu field test. It works stably, responds quickly, the control precision is high, and it has wide application.
