摘要
以平推流反应器(PFR)和全混流反应器(CSTR)作为基本反应器类型建立了一个反应器网络的超结构模型,构造了超结构模型的非线性规划问题。以多个等体积的小CSTR来逼近PFR,将对微分方程的求解转化为对代数方程的求解,并提出了模型求解的2次优化策略。通过实例研究表明本方法是有效的。
A superstructure model of reactor network is developed using plug flow reactor (PFR) and continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR). On basis of the above analyses, a nonlinear program model of the superstructure model can be solved using the transformation of differential equations into algebraic equations. Furthermore,a secondary optimization is proposed to solve the reactor network model. The calculation results of a case demonstrate that the optimization approach is valid.
