机械通气治疗急性心源性肺水肿 被引量:4

摘要 2002年1月-2006年6月,我院用无创及有创机械通气抢救48例急性心源性肺水肿(ACPE)患者疗效显著,报告如下。 1临床资料 1.1~般资料:48例ACPE患者中男33例,女15例;年龄24~81岁,平均(56±8)岁。将经镇静、正性肌力药、利尿、扩张血管及高浓度面罩吸氧治疗后低氧血症仍不能缓解,且能配合双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗者列入无创机械通气组(22例);
