摘要
循证医学的临床应用对促进我国医疗卫生决策科学化,提高医疗服务水平,保障患者和医生的权利起到了积极的作用。本文主要介绍了循证医学和传统医学的区别和联系、循证医学的基本原理和方法以及循证医学与疾病临床诊疗的辩证思维。
The application of evidence - based medicine （EBM） in clinical practice places a positive role in promoting our country＇s medical＇ health decision making more scientific, enhancing the level of medical service, ensuring the rights of patients and doctors. This paper mainly introduces the difference between the EBM and traditional medicine, the basic theory and method of EBM, as well as dialectic thinking of EBM and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
