阐述电极丝的电气、机械、几何、热物理特性对加工工件的表面光洁度、几何精度、切割效率的影响。从常用的黄铜丝、镀层电极丝切割速度、加工工件表面质量、加工精度对切割的影响,不同电极丝对加工成本和效益的影响等方面,说明采用便宜的黄铜丝并不是最经济的选择,不同的加工应采用不同的电极丝。
The paper describes the effects of electric property, mechanical property, geometry and heat physics of electrode wire on the surface smooth degree, geometry accuracy, cut efficiency of machining components. The paper describes the effects of the common brass wires, plated electrode wires cutting speed, surface quality of machining components and machining accuracy on cutting, and the effects of various electrodes on machining cost and efficiency. The paper draws a conclusion that using cheap brass wire is not the most economic choice. Different machining should adopt different electrode wires.
