摘要
研究筛选了杏鲍菇、大球盖菇、灰树花母种培养基及适生母种培养基的营养梯度。研究表明杏鲍菇在5种培养基中以在苹果汁培养基上的菌丝生长的最好,在苹果汁培养基6个营养梯度上以在A3生长最好;大球盖菇在5种培养基中以在麸皮培养基上菌丝生长最好,在麸皮培养基6个营养梯度上以在B5上生长为最好;灰树花在5种培养基中以在PDA加富培养基上菌丝生长最好,在PDA加富培养基6个营养梯度上以在D4上生长为最好。至于在其他培养基上对菌丝生长的研究有待进一步进行。
The selection of Pleurotus enyngii,Stropharia rugosoannulata Farlow,Grifola Frondosa Mother Culture Medium and proper Mother Culture Medium nutritional grads more analyzed in the paper. The research shows that：of the five kinds of Mother Culture Medium （PDA Medium,PDA enriched Medium,wheat bran Medium,peptone dextrose agar Medium,apple juice Medium. ） and the six nutritional grads （1-6）,the mycelium of Pleurotuseryngii grows best on apple juice culture Medium at nutritional grads A3; the mycelium of Stropharia rugosoarmulata Farlows grows best on wheat bran Medium at B5. the mycelium of Grifola Frondosa on PDA enriched culture Medium at D4.
