摘要
徐州作为全国较大的市,人均GDP接近全国水平,产业结构在国内也颇具典型性。改革开放以来,徐州的产业结构演进符合全国发展的一般规律。本文通过实证与规范分析,结合相关理论,逐一验证了经济的发展阶段,并以徐州为范例,提出了结构创新及主导产业战略选择的一般原则。
Xuzhou, one of relatively large cities in China, approaches the national level in the per capita GDP and is of typical industrial structure. Its industrial structural involution accords with the national development stages since 1978＇ s Reforming And Opening Policy. Economic growth stages are verified one by one based on cases and theories. This paper by taking Xuzhou as an example presents some general principles for strategies in structural innovation and leading industry.
