摘要
目的:建立了同时测定冠心宁冻干粉针剂中丹酚酸 B 和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用 RP-HPLC 法,Hypersil ODS2C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1.7%甲酸水溶液(11:12:77),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为320nm。结果:丹酚酸 B 和阿魏酸浓度分别在1.70～25.47μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997,n=6)和0.05～0.68μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9994,n=6)内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.1%和99.2%。结论:测定方法准确、重复性好,为冠心宁冻干粉针剂质量评价提供可靠方法。
Objective：To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B and ferulic acid in Guanxinning powder for injection simultaneously. Methods：An HPLC assay was developed. The assay was performed on Hypersil ODS2 C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with methanol - acetonitrile - 1.7% formic acid in water （ 11 ： 12：77 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results： The linear range was 1.70 - 25.47 μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 9997 ） and 0. 05 - 0. 68 μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 9994）, respectively. The average recoveries （n =9） of salvianolic acid B and ferulic acid were 101.1% and 99.2% ,respectively. Conclusions：The method is found to be accurate and repeatable for simultaneous analysis of salvianolic acid B and ferulic acid in Guanxinning powder for injection, and provided a reliable way for evaluating the quality of it.
