摘要
清正廉洁、规范有序是高校仪器设备采购工作的生命力之所在。该文对河南大学近年来大力加强廉政建设，从机制、制度、程序、手段4个方面规范设备采购工作的一系列改革举措进行了总结与阐述。
The regularity and incorruptibility is the core of procurement management of instrument and equipment in University. This paper focuses on detailing with a series of reform and measurement on the mechanism, system, procedure and means in procurement management of Henan University in recent years.
