凋亡抑制基因Survivin在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 凋亡是一种正常的生理过程，凋亡减少和增殖旺盛是肿瘤形成的重要条件，凋亡的抑制是肿瘤形成过程中的一个重要机制，是通过延长积累有基因突变的细胞寿命而导致肿瘤的发生。Survivin是一种新近发现的结构独特的凋亡抑制蛋（inhibitor of apoptosis protein IAP）成员，具有抑制细胞凋亡、调节细胞周期和细胞分裂的双重功能.
