摘要
目的评价依地酸铁钠作为磁共振成像(MRI)中胃肠道对比剂的可行性。方法以依地酸铁钠溶液作为对比剂,经体外实验确定适宜的浓度,选择4种有效浓度分别给4只家兔灌胃,于灌胃前后对其胃腔行快速序列MRI扫描,并进行图像评价。图像评价从测量胃-肝对比噪声比和肉眼观察图像质量改善情况两方面进行,均采用自身对照。结果以5.0-10.0mmol·L^-1依地酸铁钠溶液作为对比剂时,在T1WI、PDWI及T2WI上均与水形成良好的对比效果。使用4种浓度对比剂后,家兔胃腔的平均对比噪声比均下降,随着浓度的增加,对比增强率绝对值逐渐增高;肉眼观察,灌胃对比剂后T2WI信号强度明显降低,图像质量有明显改善,其中以浓度为20.0mmol·L^-1(实际浓度为10.0mmol·L^-1)最为显著。结论一定浓度的依地酸铁钠可作为MRI的口服胃肠道对比剂。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ferric sodiun as a gastrointestinal contrast agent. Methods With ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ferric sodium as a contrast agent, the suitable concentration was tested in vitro. Fast sequences of magnetic resonance imaging were performed on gastric cavity before and after rabbits were given four effective concentrations of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ferric sodium solutions image assessment ,which was based on the contrast-noise rate of stomach-liver and the extent of image quality improvement observed by eyes. The studies were all self controlled. Results 5.0 - 10.0 mmol· L^-1 concentrations of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ferric sodium solutions as the contrast agent , the signals had better comparisons with that of water at T1WI, PDWI, and T2 WI. The contrast-noise ratios (CNR) were all reduced after the four concentrations of contrast agent were used , the absolute values of contrast enhancement rate(CER) were gradually increased as the concentration increased. With observation by naked eyes, signal intensity of T2WI images was obviously reduced , and the image quality was obviously improved after the contrast agent was used. The actual concentration of 10 mmol· L^-1 was the most prominent one. Condusion Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid ferric sodiun solution in suitable concentrations can be used as oral gastrointestinal contrast agent in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) .
