摘要
传统热线法的数据处理方法,不能抑制外界信号干扰及有效测量区间选取不当等因素对测量结果的影响。本文利用多点测试数据,采用线性回归的方法处理热线法的测试数据,提高了测量结果的精确度。这种方法不仅适用于热线法测量数据的处理,而且为采用热线法测量材料导热系数的智能式专用测量仪器,提供了一种新的可靠的数据处理方法。
By the tradition method of data processing of the heat wire method,the influences caused by factors such as interference signals and incorrect choice of effective test region may not be restrained.This paper suggests processing method by means of multipoint test data and linear regression treatment to improve the accuracy of the test result.This method not only suits processing test data of the heat wire method in general,but also offers a new and reliable test data processing method for the intellegential measuring meter testing thermal conductivity of materials with the heat wire method.
