摘要
超声电机(USM)和直接数字频率合成(DDS)都是近年来发展起来的新技术,将DDS应用于USM的驱动电源中,可以促进超声电机的推广应用.以DDS技术原理为基础,设计了一个数字式超声电机驱动电源.应用DDS芯片AD9850和单片机(SCM)89C51作为信号发生器,并进行了模拟隔离和功率放大.经过相关实验,采集到了工作波形,得到电机工作频率为37kHz,速度15mm/s.结果表明,基于DDS的电源工作稳定可靠,调频调相方便,运行无噪声,适合用于驱动超声电机.
Ultrasonic motor (USM) and direct digital synthesis (DDS) are both new technologies developed in recent years. It can accelerate development of USM when DDS is used in driving power of ultrasonic motor. Based on DDS technique, we designed a new type of digital power taking DDS chip AD9850 and Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) 89C51 as the signal generator. Then, the sine signal is isolated and amplified. The experiment is completed and the working waveform is collected. The frequency is 37 kHz and the velocity is 15 mm/s. The results indicate that the power based on DDS is reliable, which frequency and phase can modulated real-time. It is suitable for driving the ultrasonic motor.
