摘要
红外测温具有测量范围广、非接触式测量和响向应速度快的特点,可广泛应用于工业的各个领域。由于它是光、电、机一体化的高技术产品,现场应用技术比较复杂。对现场条件比较恶劣的热轧生产,它的测温受到发射率、背景辐射、光路传输损失等因素的制约。实际选择和现场应用中的一些技术,导致了红外测温仪应用效果不尽如人意。以热轧带钢生产为例,阐述了红外测温仪的选择原则和应用技术,克服和减少上述因素的影响,取得较理想的应用效果。
Infrared themoscope features wide measuring range, non-contact measurement and quick response, so it is widely used in various industries, Due to its integration of optical, electric and mechanic technologies, the on-spot application is complicated. For hot rolling steel production, the condition on site is poor, temperature measurement is restricted by transmitting rate, background radiation and transmission loss of optical route. Ideal application results of thermoscopes are limited because of improperly selection in practice and field operation technology. With the production of hot rolling steel strip as example, the criteria of selecting thermoscopes and applicable technologies are described to overcome the above disadvantages and to obtain better effects.
