肺结核患者痰液及血清中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1和白细胞介素-13的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨肺结核患者清晨痰液和外周血单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及白细胞介素-13(IL-13)的变化及意义。方法:选择2003年4月~2004年1月在长沙市中心医院胸科门诊收治的42例患者,活动性肺结核、肺结核稳定期及无器质性肺疾病者(对照组)各14例。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定清晨痰液和血清中的MCP-1及IL-13水平。结果:活动性肺结核组中清晨痰液的单核/巨噬细胞总数及MCP-1水平显著高于肺结核稳定期组及对照组(P<0.01),肺结核稳定期组外周血IL-13水平显著高于活动性肺结核组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MCP-1及IL-13参与了肺结核炎症反应及纤维化形成,抑制其产生、释放可能会为减轻肺结核炎症反应、防止纤维化形成提供一种新的方法。
