关于消费者对转基因技术和食品态度研究的讨论 被引量:35

摘要 随着转基因技术的快速发展及其在农业生产领域的广泛应用,消费者对转基因技术的争论也日趋激烈。消费者的态度是影响农业转基因技术发展的关键因素。近几年国内外学术界对消费者的转基因技术和食品态度及其决定因素展开了广泛的研究,并得到了一些有价值的结论。本文就国内外对该问题的主要研究结论、研究方法及目前研究中存在的问题等进行了较为全面的总结和评论,并在此基础上对未来相关研究提出了几点建议。
