摘要
为了实现数字农业平台在两相互垂直轨道上的运动切换以及满足平台的作业精度,给出了数字农业平台轨道切换系统的设计方案:选用PLC作为控制器,以光电传感器检测切换位置信号,并设计了电磁制动机构和电磁锁紧机构。通过控制程序实现平台的轨道切换功能,并在分析轨道切换需要满足要求的基础上给出了系统的硬件组成和控制流程图。
In order to realize the orbit switch of digital agriculture platform between two mutually vertical orbits and to satisfy the platform's work precision, the orbit switch system design proposal for digital agriculture platform is introduced in this paper: using PLC as the controller, examining position signal by the electro-optical sensor, and the electromagnetic brake organization and the electromagnetism lock mechanism had designed. Orbit switch function of the platform is achieved through the control procedure. The hardware components and control flow graph of the system are given out on the basis of analyzing satisfaction for orbit switch system .
