摘要
普通原子灰灰尘严重影响底漆与中涂之间的附着力。考察了除去原子灰灰尘的不同方法和不同原子灰配方,发现用溶剂擦干净底漆上的灰尘或打磨底漆,可以解决原子灰灰尘对底漆与中涂附着力的影响;调整原子灰配方,不用除去原子灰灰尘且不打磨底漆,底漆与原子灰间附着力可达到0级。
It is proved that the dust of commonly used putty can affect the adhesion between the primer and the inter coat significantly ; after reviewing different methods of removing putty dust and putty recipes, it is found that the process of removing the dust on the primer by using solvent or polishing the primer can eliminate the effect of dust on the adhesion between primer and inter coat. Additionally, the adhesion between primer and inter coat can reach grade 0 only by readjustment of the putty formulation.
