摘要
教师是校本课程开发的直接参与者,是主体。而职业技术院校的教师,缺乏课程意识,缺乏研究意识,缺乏校本课程开发的知识和技能,缺乏人际合作的能力。对这些问题只有清楚认识,才能有的放矢,适当解决,才能促使校本课程开发取得成功。
Teachers are direct participators of school--based curriculum development . They are subjects of it. But the teachers at vocational and technical colleges are lacking curriculum and research consciousness, lacking the knowledge and technic of school--based curriculum development ,lacking ability for people' s cot--operation, Only by knowing these problems dearly, can have a definite object in view and solve them properly, can impel school-- based curriculum development to meet with success.
