摘要
利用CFD技术研究了生物安全实验室上送下排、上送上排两种不同气流组织下,生物安全实验室内部的速度场、浓度场、压力场的分布,分析了送风口、排风口的速度场、压力场的衰减等。研究中采用了k-ε模型,并用FLUENT软件进行求解,对两种不同的气流组织方案进行了数值模拟。结合我国的建设标准、实际情况以及数值模拟的结果,就如何优化实验室的气流组织,减少交叉污染和能量消耗的角度对生物安全实验室气流组织的设计提出了几点建议。
In this paper, introduces two kinds of airflow pattern of the biosafety laboratories, such as up supply with down exhaust air, up supply with up exhaust air. Using the CFD, the velocity field, the concentration field, the pressure field of biosafety laboratories have been studied, and the decay of velocity field and the pressure field is also analyzed. The Reynolds-averaged Navier- Stokes equations governing the flow axe solved using a finite-volume cede FLUENT. And a numerical simulation of the different airflow pattern is made. Based on the construction standard of china and result of numerical simulation, the airflow pattern of laboratolies can be optimized, and some suggestions are made to reduce the pollution and energy waste for the design of biosafety laboratories.
