摘要
采用水解-厌氧-好氧生化新工艺,较系统地对抗生素工业废水和麻黄素植物提取废水中有机物的降解进行中试实验,验证实验室试验所采用的预处理、温度、pH值、水力停留时间、进水有机物浓度等参数对生化处理工艺的影响,中试规模为3m3/d。实验结果表明,在中试稳定运行时,废水COD总去除率可达到97.6%,经混凝处理出水COD平均浓度可达到地方的排放要求(COD≤300mg/L)。
The pilot study of the treatment of antibiotic wastewater and the degradation of organics from Ephedrine phyto-extraction wastewater were carried out by hydrolytic acidification-anaerobic-aerobic biochemical process. The effect of pretreatment, temperature, pH value, hydraulic retention time(HRT) and influent organics concentration etc. factors on the biochemical process was studied. The experimental results showed that, when operating stably in the pilot test, total COD removal rate in the wastewater could reach to 97.6%; the average COD concentration in effluent could reach the discharging standard stipulated in pharmaceutical trade by our country.
