摘要
研究了饲料总砷测定中现有标准消解方法和氢化物发生-原子荧光法衔接中相关酸介质及其浓度的影响、预还原掩蔽剂的选择、预还原反应时间以及饲料、特别是预混合饲料中所可能添加大量的钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、硒等的干扰,最后探讨不同消解方法,消解条件或实验参数的影响,发现了一些问题,进行了改进,指出了关键点控制要素和实际工作中应注意的一些问题。
The method for determination of total arsenic in feed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence was described. The effects of medium and concetration of Acids, The selection of pre-reducing and shelting reagents, the time of pre-reducing especially the interferences of Ca, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn and Se possiblly added in feed premix were investgated. Finally different digesting methods, conditions and operation parameters were compared and discussed, Some improvement and the critical points that should be controled were also indicated.
