The article discussed deeply about the problems presenting in the fluorine monitoring on environmental protection in aluminum plant capital construction project, which including nomenclature, flue gas, dust, fugitive emission, soil and plant monitoring for Fluorine. It has an important direction in fluorine monitoring for check and accept for aluminum plant project.
