摘要 在不加入增容剂的情况下,利用高胶ABS与SAN、PC共混制备了性能优良的PC/SAN/高胶ABS合金。研究了PC用量、高胶ABS用量以及外加增容剂等对PC/SAN/高胶ABS合金性能的影响。结果表明,随着PC用量的降低,合金的缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度和拉伸强度均降低,但降低幅度较小。在高胶ABS质量分数为2.5%-15%范围内,合金的冲击强度基本没有变化,但弯曲强度和拉伸强度却降低。外加增容剂并不能明显提高合金的力学性能。 The PC/SAN/SAN grafted Polybutadiene (SAN-g-PB) alloy which had excellent mechanical properties was prepared from SAN-g-PB, SAN and PC, in which no compatibilizer was involved. The effects of the contents of PC and SAN-g-PB, and the addition of compatibilizer on the mechanical properties of the al- loy were studied. The results showed the notch impact strength, bending strength and tensile strength of the alloy all decreased with the decrease of the content of PC. However, the decrease was small. When the content of SAN-g-PB was in the range of 2. 5% -15%, the notch impact strength of the alloy at room temperature changed little, but the bending strength and tensile strength decreased. The addition of compatibilizer cann't improve the mechanical properties of the alloy obviously.
