摘要
止漏环是水泵水轮机中的重要而敏感的主要部件之一,它的主要作用是减小转动部分与固定部分间的水力损失,以获得较好的容积效率。针对2005年4月广州蓄能水电厂(简称广蓄,下同)在对5号水泵水轮机大修时发现其下止漏环损坏的情况,分析了发生损坏的可能原因与采用的成功的处理方法。
The runner band seal is one of the important and concerned components of the pump-turbine. The main function of the runner band seal is to reduce the hydraulic loss between the rotary part and the fixed part, and to raise the efficiency of the unit. During the overhaul of No. 5 pump-turbine in April 2005, it was found the runner band seal damaged. The thesis analyzes the causes of the damage and introduces the successful treatment.
