摘要
对云南省铝土矿熟料的理化性能和微观结构进行了分析,表明其主要化学成分有Al2O3、SiO2,约占总成分的95%,次要成分有TiO2、Fe2O3、CaO、MgO、K2O、Na2O。85#、75#、70#熟料的化学成分分别达到了特级、二级甲、二级乙铝土矿的指标,并且煅烧后的铝土矿体积密度分别达到了相应的国家标准。XRD分析和微观结构的研究结果表明:85#铝土矿由于Al2O3含量很高,经高温煅烧后以α-Al2O3相为主,有少量莫来石相,晶粒尺寸均在5μm左右,杂质相很少;75#铝土矿煅烧后莫来石相和α-Al2O3相共存,莫来石相占主要;70#铝土矿煅烧后以莫来石相为主,α-Al2O3相比煅烧后75#铝土矿的略少,此外,还含有一定量的α-SiO2相;75#和70#铝土矿煅烧后的晶粒尺寸较小。用85#铝土矿熟料开发的连铸用中间包冲击板、挡渣堰,具有较理想的理化性能,可满足连铸中间包的实际应用。
The bauxite of Yunnan province on physicochemical properties and microstructure were analysed. The results showed that the major chemical compositions of bauxite were Al2O3 ,SiO2,accounting for 95% ;the subordinate components were TiO2, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, K2O, Na2O. Chemical composition of bauxite chamotte 85#,75#,70# reached special class,secondary class Ⅰ and secondary class Ⅱ, respectively according to GB standards. The bulk density of calcined bauxite reached corresponding GB standard. The results of mineral phase analysis by XRD and study on microstructure showed that α-Al2O3 phase was the major component in bauxite chamotte 85# because of its high content of alumina, a little mullite phase in it, and the grain size was about 5 μm α-Al2O3 phase and mullite phase coexisted in bauxite chamotte 75#,and mullite phase dominated;the mullite phase was also the component in bauxite chamotte 70#,and α-Al2O3 phase was less than that of bauxite chamotte 75#. Besides, some α-SiO2 phase was found in it. The grain size of bauxite chamotte 75# and 70# was'smaller than that of bauxite 85#. With bauxite chamotte 85# as major starting materials,tundish impact plate and skimmer weir used in Continuous casting were developed,which possess optimum physicochemical properties and meet the requirement for continuous casting tundish.
