新型聚合物冷却介质KHP-W冷却性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用冷却介质性能检测仪对新型聚合物型冷却介质KHP-W的静态冷却性能进行了探究。实验结果表明,浓度和初始温度对KHP-W的冷却性能有着极大的影响,随着温度和浓度的升高,KHP-W聚合物的最大冷却速度(Vmax)、300℃时的冷却速度(V300)都呈现出降低的趋势,而最大冷却速度对应的温度(TVmax)则呈现出升高的趋势;当温度高于60℃时,由于逆溶现象的出现,KHP-W的冷却性能将发生显著的变化。 The statistic cooling characteristic of a new type of aqueous polymer quenchants (KHP-W) was researched by using testing instrument.The results show that starting temperature and concentration have great effects on the cooling characteristic of KHP-W. The temperature at Vmax (TVmax) improves with the increase of temperature and concentration, but the maximum cooling speed(Vmax) and the cooling speed at 300℃ (V300) reduce. When the temperature is over 60℃,the cooling characteristic of KHP-W is changed obviously because of resolution inversion.
