摘要
为解决因抽油杆的长径比较大,手工控制调质处理温度存在温度控制精度差、工人劳动强度大、废品率高等问题,在介绍CAN总线技术特点的基础上,围绕PID控制策略设计了一套基于CAN总线的抽油杆连续调质温度自动控制系统,给出了系统总体框图及工作原理,以单片机为中心设计了现场节点,介绍了全套软件的设计方法。该系统具有控制精度高、抗干扰能力强、可扩充性好等特点,为中频热处理工艺过程的温度控制提供了一种有效方法。
The length/diameter ratio of pumping rod is rather big, so manual control for temperature of continuous quenching and tempering had many disadvantages such as low controlling accuracy,high labor intensity, and high rejection rate. On the basis of the PID control strategies, a automatic temperature control system based on CAN-bus for the rods' continuous quenching and tempering was designed and the structural frame of the system and its working principle were also presented. The scene node centered on single-chip microcomputer was designed, and the design method of the complete set of software was introduced at the same time. This system provided an effective method for temperature control of midfrequency induction heating process with its unique characteristics such as high control accuracy, strong anti-jamming ability, and good expandability.
