摘要
目的:对齐墩果酸固体脂质纳米粒的制备工艺和含量测定方法进行研究,并对其质量进行评价.方法:采用薄膜超声分散法制备齐墩果酸固体脂质纳米粒,并对其包封率、形态等性质进行研究.结果:制得齐墩果酸固体脂质纳米粒形态均匀圆整、粒径范围为(62.0±10.3)nm,包封率为98.29%,载药量为8.17%.结论:选择薄膜超声分散法制备齐墩果酸固体脂质纳米粒方法可行,为开发齐墩果酸新型注射制剂提供了实验依据.
AIM: To prepare the oleanolic acid-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (OA-SLN), determine the content of oleanolic acid in OA-SLN, and evaluate its quality. METHODS: OA-SLN were prepared by film-ultrasound dispersion technique. The encapsulation efficiency and appearance of solid lipid nanoparticles were studied. RESULTS : The appearance of prepared solid lipid nanoparticles was regular with the diameter being (62.0 ± 10.3) nm, the encapsulation efficiency was 98.29% and the loading rate was 8. 17%. CONCLUSION: The selected preparation technique of OA-SLN is rational and practicable. It provides experimental evidence for developing a new oleanolic acid injection.
