摘要
目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)辅助治疗复杂手外伤的临床疗效。方法:收集我院自2002年3月～2005年2月期间收治的92例复杂手外伤患者,根据伤情相同原则(P>0．05),随机分为高压氧治疗组(观察组)和传统治疗组(对照组),参照国际常用DASH问卷表及改良四百分评分系统分别评定两组手功能的恢复状况,二组平均随访时间相同(P>0．05)平均为9．3m。结果:高压氧治疗组功能评定明显优于传统治疗组,t检验示二者差异具有显著性统计学意义(DASH问卷表评分t=—44．98 P=0．00;改良四百分评分,t=13．97 P=0．00)。结论:高压氧辅助治疗复杂手外伤可明显提高临床疗效,改善手功能,值得有条件医院推广。
Objective：To study the clinical values of the assistant treatment with hyperbaric oxygenation（HBO} in complicated hand injuries. Methods：Analysis the clinical results of the 92 cases of complicated hand injuries that were treated from Mar 2002 to Feb 2005 retrospectively and the cases were classified into HBO group and traditional treatment group randomly on the principal of the same injury（p〉0. 05}. The mean follow-up period was 9.3 months （range from 8 to 13 months）. The functional evaluations were based on modified four--hundred points score and the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand （DASH） questionaire score. Results： The modified four--hundred points score of the HBO group was significantly higher and the DASH score was lower than than that of the traditional one, the differences had dramatically statistic significance （the former t=13. 97 p=0. 00;the latter,t=-44. 98 P=0. 001. Conclusion：Our data suggest that the assistant treatment with hyperbaric oxygenation in complicated hand injuries may significantly get better clinical results and recover the hand function as far as possible and also deserve to be widely accepted by those medical departments with conditions accessible.
